Astrid was founded at the meeting point of science, strategy, and the unseen.
With a background in Bioengineering, and an MBA, I built my career in leadership environments and in a grew in a friendly extensive family where she learned about family love, helping each other & the others, and collaboration. Despite the scientific background focused on visible facts, since my teenage years, I’ve been drawn to the mysteries that science cannot fully measure — from paranormal perception and quantum theory to symbolic systems and archetypal insight.  

 

Over time, I chose to integrate these worlds — combining the rational mind with the intuitive heart.
My path led me to study and practice astrology, tarot, energy healing, naturopathy and transgenerational patterns — not as superstition, but as meaningful frameworks for reflection, emotional regulation, and inner alignment.

My approach is deeply influenced by the clarity, discretion, and emotional maturity valued in the Nordics and Canada — places where inner work is often done quietly, with respect for both personal boundaries and intellectual integrity. In these cultures, I found resonance with the idea that intuition and strategy are not opposites, but complementary tools. Estrella was shaped to reflect that: a space that honours reflection, calm presence, and meaningful transformation — without exaggeration, performance, or spiritual bypassing.

I also work with clients from diverse spiritual and cultural backgrounds — including Muslim women — with full respect for their values, boundaries, and ways of connecting to the unseen. I warmly welcome Muslim women and men who feel called to explore these tools in a respectful and non-religious space. All sessions are held in full confidentiality and offered with cultural sensitivity, emotional discretion, and a deep respect for individual values and boundaries.

I currently offer face-to-face consultations in Belgium and Portugal, as well as remote sessions worldwide. Consultations are available in English, Dutch, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, adapted to your cultural and emotional context.
